An agreement with the University of Portsmouth since 2005 aims to establish an international partnership to provide outstanding higher education to qualified candidates through a joint effort between the two parties. Its aim is to enable students to attain a higher academic level and thus make a greater contribution to the future development of Iraq. The University College of Iraq prepares the scientific and legal ground, and the University of Portsmouth admits students who have passed the agreed stage. Students must pay the tuition fees to the University of Portsmouth, which has considered Iraq. The University College of Iraq since its founding in 2005 has a scientific agreement twinning 3 + 1 The study for the purpose of obtaining a bachelor 3 years in Iraq and the fourth year at the University of Portsmouth, Britain and the adoption of advanced scientific curriculum accredited to the University of Portsmouth and accredited curriculum in the Ministry of Higher Education and English. The first meal in 2008-2009 has obtained a variety of certificates and some completed a master’s and doctoral studies to serve the country and our graduate program includes the study of the English language and the completion of the theoretical preparatory year for specializations in the world Aq by 20 months the purpose to obtain a Master’s Iraq University College Certificate Student Guide for the academic year 9 or doctorate from 2018 to 2019 that is accomplished scientific research project for both degrees at the University of Portsmouth and under the supervision of PhD.
