At the invitation of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad Al-Dahan, the Dean of Iraq University College, Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohammed Salman, attended a ceremony honoring distinguished researchers and faculty members of the University of Basrah who have made significant contributions to advancing the quality of scientific research. The ceremony was held at the College of Law at the Bab Al-Zubair Campus.
The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Dhahad; the Deputy Governor of Basrah; a number of university presidents and college deans; academic and teaching staff; and directors general. A distinguished group of researchers and professors were honored in recognition of their scholarly efforts in supporting the advancement of scientific research and strengthening academic excellence.
