A delegation from Iraq University College, headed by Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohammed Salman, Dean of the College, and accompanied by Dr. Ali Al-Ibrahimi and Dr. Fadhil Al-Ibrahimi, visited the headquarters of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria and New Alamein, Arab Republic of Egypt.
During the visit, the two sides agreed to sign a scientific cooperation agreement covering undergraduate and postgraduate studies in academic specializations required by Iraq University College, in addition to cooperation in the fields of training and professional development with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
The delegation was received by the President of the Academy, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag, along with his assistants for academic, administrative and student affairs, cultural relations, quality and accreditation, as well as the Dean of Registration, the Dean of the College of International Transport and Logistics, and a number of other specialists at the Academy.
The agreement also includes granting Iraq University College exclusive authorization in Iraq for the specializations and academic programs agreed upon by both parties.
The President of the Arab Academy expressed his pleasure with this cooperation, emphasizing that it is expected to bring significant academic and practical benefits to both educational institutions, as well as to Iraq and Egypt.
