Within the series of seminars at the University College of Iraq, the Department of Communications Engineering organized, today Saturday, the seventh of December, a panel discussion entitled “The Role of the Supervisor and Academic Advisor / Teaching Course in the Curriculum System” delivered by M.M. Nour Jassem Hassan attended by the presidency of the department and a number of faculty members

The seminar included highlighting the scientific supervisor and guiding students and advising them in choosing the academic courses that suit them, as well as proposing appropriate study schedules and resolving conflicts, in addition to following up the electronic registration and matching the paper form to the selected courses with the electronic program, confirming to follow the student’s performance and commitment to attendance and the level of The scores obtained until the completion of the course and the student’s graduation, as well as determining the number of cards required when applying the system and others.

The Head of Communications Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Hamed Ali Abdul-Asadi, “The registration unit will be formed in the department consisting of five scientific guides for the purpose of registering first-level students, where the scientific advisor is committed to instructing students and registering them on the academic courses,” stressing that “the first-level instructors need to submit the study plan for the decisions and form a coordination committee to arrange the placement of the halls And laboratories to ensure that hours do not overlap between courses during teaching.

The workshop witnessed the asking of a number of questions and inquiries, through which the requirements and preparations necessary for the work of the curriculum system for the academic year 2020/2019 were clarified.
