Jasim Mohammed Salman, currently the dean of Iraq university college, previously dean petroleum engineering college, Alayen university. I worked as a dean of Al-Kunooze university college for two years and scientific deputy dean in Al Nisour university college for four years and as a professor in Madinat Al Ilim university college for six years- Iraq.
Professor Salman holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Sciences Malaysia, in addition to numerous international certifications in the field of Environmental Management. Dr. Salman’s achievements span nearly three decades of significant leadership in the fields of environmental project implementation, environmental consulting, water purification and waste water treatment, and laboratoryanalysis services. Dr. Salman has provided critical project management and implementation services to international private sector companies operating in Iraq.
Dr Salman published more than 50 manuscripts in international journals and international conference. He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, in addition to numerous international certifications in the field of environmental management. Dr. Salman’s achievements span more than three decades of significant leadership in the fields of chemical engineer process, adsorption process, preparation of activated carbons, environmental applications, water, soil, air monitoring and analysis (laboratories & fields), solar energy applications. He participated many scientific conferences, meetings, and workshops. He got many awards from different national & international sides; the last one was (scientist’s medals 2017 and 2019) from the International Association for advance materials in Sweden.
