Iraq University College Signs a Scientific and Technical Cooperation Agreement with Al-Karkh University for Science
Under the patronage and presence of Dr. Luay Kazem Aboud, President of Al-Karkh University for Science, and within the framework of enhancing academic and technical collaboration between Iraqi educational institutions, Iraq University College, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Jasim Mohammed Salman, signed a memorandum of scientific and academic cooperation with the College of Energy and Environmental Sciences at Al-Karkh University for Science, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Noufi Hassan. The official ceremony was attended by a number of academic and administrative officials from both institutions.
The memorandum of understanding outlined several key points, including the exchange of scientific consultations in shared fields of expertise, the utilization of laboratories from both parties for conducting joint scientific research without impacting ongoing operations, and the engagement of researchers from both sides in advisory and scientific activities. It also included organizing joint courses, workshops, and lectures, as well as collaboration in training and modern technologies in mutual areas of specialization.
This step is part of Iraq University College’s strategy to expand cooperation with governmental universities, private colleges, and international institutions, aiming to improve the quality of education and enhance scientific research.
