One of the faculty members of Al-Iraqia University has been included in the list of the top 25 researchers in the field of communication and computer engineering. The name of the Head of the Communications Engineering Department, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Shureida, appeared in the list as the fourth best researcher in Iraq in the field of communication and computer engineering according to the global Web of Science database for the period from 2020-2024.

With this achievement, the name of Al-Iraqia University will be recorded in the field of communication and computer engineering on the Web of Science site, formerly Clarivate.
