IUC Organizes a Training Workshop on How to Use the Smart Screen

On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Al-Iraq University College organized a training workshop titled “How to Use the Smart Screen,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Luay Kazem. The workshop was attended by the university president, Prof. Dr. Abdulhadi Al-Hassani, the academic and administrative vice deans, department heads, and faculty members, with the aim of improving the quality of education and promoting modern and advanced university teaching methods.

The workshop covered the basics of using the smart board and how to integrate it into the educational and academic process.

The goal of the workshop was to enhance the capabilities of the teaching staff and develop their skills in delivering lectures using the smart screen, which is considered one of the latest educational tools in educational technology. It showcased interactive methods for teaching students, emphasizing the benefits of visual learning and interactive lessons in advancing the quality of education and elevating students’ performance in line with modern developments.

The workshop also presented methods for connecting mobile phones, personal computers, and flash drives to provide the smart screen with text, image, and video data. It demonstrated how to display educational boards, engineering drawings, write live text, and the possibility of recording lectures and sending them to students.
