- The Rehabilitation, Recruitment and Follow-up Division for students and graduates was established at the University College of Iraq on 1-9-2018 which is concerned with changing the perceptions of society regarding relying on and waiting for the governmental function, spreading the entrepreneurial culture among the different categories of society, and educating the society of the importance of entrepreneurship for the individual, economy and society to contribute to reducing Unemployment and poverty It is also concerned with the development of the capabilities and skills of graduate students to be able to apply and compete for jobs after graduation through a range of training and qualification programs during their studies, as well as open prospects for cooperation with the public and private sectors. Special marketing objective.
The Employment Division is the link between the labor sector and the university. Through the transfer of market requirements to the university to develop the curriculum and commensurate with the requirements of the market, therefore, the Division contributes to make proposals for changes in the curriculum at the university in the light of the requirements of the labor market.
The Division provides the fastest, easiest and most economically effective methodological methods for employers to find selected candidates for jobs, as well as for job-seeking graduates to find the best jobs in the labor market. Engineering, technical and administrative and in all the required specializations in the labor market by qualifying them with technical and administrative training courses and according to the required specialties in a new way to keep pace with the developments of modern education.

Mission
Conducting courses on how to write a CV, courses on personal interview methods and courses on the most common English terminology and frequently used in interviews.
Conducting workshops aimed at changing the misconceptions in society regarding job dependence and waiting and spreading the culture of leadership among different sectors of society.
Organizing an annual job fair in which employers, students and graduates are invited. Workshops and lectures will be held to illustrate the requirements of employers and the skills available to students.
