Engineering and Management Services Centre (EMSC) of Iraq University College was founded in 2005; the University holds a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and works in Association with the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. It is one of few universities in Iraq that presents courses in the English language and updates its materials each semester according to the most recent international scientific developments set by its qualified staff. The center is also responsible for training and development of IT & ICT (Information and Communication Technology), maintenance issues and the implementation of technical contracts.

EMSC offers an extensive variety of training courses which follows the most well renowned and highly acclaimed international institutions syllabuses with international accreditation and independent auditing, under the supervision of the University Council.

ISCC (Iraq Studies and Consultancies Centre) is made up of exceptionally experienced people whom are PhD awarded and hold expert degrees in their various respective fields of specialties. The courses are conducted by skilled trainers whom are certified to deliver these sessions
